A relationship between you and your mother can be a difficult one. Even though you both love each other, there are always going to be times when you are mad at your mom and she is mad at you. Here are a few steps to take when you are mad at her.
1-Think about what you did for a while.
2-Understand how she made you mad, and why you are mad.
3-Distract yourself.
4-After a while, reflect on the problem and think about how you feel now.
5-Make sure you have a handle on your anger.
6-Think about what you would like to say to your mother.
7-Ask your mom if you can talk to her.
8-Tell her calmly what made you upset.
